Stay healthy this summer with infectious disease prevention guidelines. Because food spoils easily, and mosquito and tick activities increase in the sweltering summer, it is important to prevent infectious diseases. 1. Keep food safely Wash your hands Cook food thoroughly and drink boiled water Use different knives and cutting boards for different kinds of food Keep cooked food in the refrigerator 2. Stay healthy during outdoor activities Use mosquito and tick repellent Wear bright-colored clothes with long sleeves Use mats on the grass After outdoor activities, take a shower and wash your clothes 3.
