Category Target Group Period of Vaccination From To Influenza For children aged 6 months to 14 years(Born Jan. 1, 2012 ~Aug. 31, 2026) Sept. 21, 2026.- Apr. 30, 2027 Pregnant women Sept. 21, 2026-Apr. 30, 2027 People eligible for social protection Medical and/or livelihood benefit recipients, people with severe disabilities, people, people of national merit, etc. Oct. 15, 2026- Apr. 30, 2027 Influenza & COVID-19 Co-administration recommended Seniors (75 years old or older)(Born on or before Dec. 31., 1951) Influenza Oct. 6, 2026- Apr. 30, 2027 COVID-19 Oct. 12, 2026-Jun. 30, 2027 Aged 70-74 (Born Jan. 1, 1952 ~ Dec. 31, 1956 Influenza Oct. 12, 2026- Apr. 30, 2027 COVID-19 Oct. 12, 2026-Jun. 30, 2027 Aged 65-69(Born Jan. 1,1957 ~ Dec. 31, 1961) Influenza Oct. 15, 2026- Apr. 30, 2027 COVID-19 Oct. 15, 2026-Jun. 30, 2027 Immunocompromised people and people who are hospitalized or residing in infection-vulnerable facilities can receive COVID-19 vaccine from Monday, October 12, 2026. If you are a foreigner: Bring your ID (residence card or passport, etc.) (Should be confirmed that you have stayed in Korea at least three months on the date of vaccination.) Vaccination is available at a designated medical institution near you. Check out in detail at the Vaccination Helper Homepage (nip.kdca.go.kr). People who do not fall into the target groups above can receive the vaccine for a fee at a healthcare facility.
